VITICULTURE
This wine is made in a slightly wooded style with grapes sourced from the Devon Valley in Stellenbosch. Approximately 50% of the content of this wine is barrel fermented and aged in second-fill French Oak barrels for approximately 6 months, with the balance remaining in stainless steel, before being blended together before bottling.

TASTING NOTE
Lightly wooded in French oak with an amazing combination of smoky sweet vanilla, pear and butterscotch. All the honey and creaminess you can expect from the classical cultivar.
Pair with: Try semi-soft mild goat and cow’s milk cheeses or your favourite fish recipe
