This wine is made in a slightly wooded style with grapes sourced from the Devon Valley in Stellenbosch. Again, about 50% of the content of this wine were barrel fermented and aged in second-fill French Oak barrels for approximately 6 months, with the balance remaining in stainless steel, before being blended together before bottling.
Alcohol: 14% Residual Sugar: 4.7 g/l PH: 3.09 Total Acid: 6.3 g/l
Lightly wooded in French oak with an amazing combination of smoky sweet vanilla, pear and butterscotch. All the honey and creaminess you can expect from the classical cultivar.
