VINIFICATION
The Shiraz grapes are carefully sourced and hand-picked from the best vineyards ensuring minimal intervention and optimal ripeness. This wine was bottle-rested for a full year prior to release ensuring a lovely velvet tannin structure.

Alcohol: 13%; Residual Sugar: 3.4 g/l; PH: 3.56; Total Acid: 5.5 g/l

Flavours of cranberries and blueberries coupled with a hint of pepper and cloves.
Open a few bottles now and put a few away to sample later. This wine will benefit from further bottle aging.

For orders of less than £100 we charge just £12.75 excluding vat within London*.
