LEIPZIG CHARDONNAY 2013
VITICULTURE
This wine is made in a slightly wooded style with grapes sourced from the Devon Valley in Stellenbosch. About 50% of the content of this wine were barrel fermented and aged in second-fill French Oak barrels for approximately 6 months, with the balance remaining in stainless steel, before being blended together before bottling.
